The guest speaker on our January, 2001, Disney Magic cruise was Don "Ducky" Williams, a well-known Disney character artist and one of the nicest people I've ever met. If you have seen the billboards on the way to Disney World or admired the art on the theme park maps, you've seen an example of his work.
